Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job description:
A Bilingual Customer Service Representative is needed for a Car Insurance Office/Call Center. Insurance Direct has been in business for 14+ years! We write Auto, Home, and Commercial policies. We write throughout the entire state of FL, Texas & Tennessee. We are rapidly expanding and need motivated customer service representatives to join our service team. In this dynamic service role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients as you work to provide solutions for their insurance needs. For the first year, you will have reviews every 3 months for pay raises. After your first year, reviews shall be done on an annual basis. The company will pay for a new hires license if obtained within 30 days of hire and retains employment for more than 6 months.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, ambition, motivation, and drive.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking with web-based & Google Chrome.

Job description:
Hello, we are Insurance Direct. We are a non-standard auto insurance agency/call center with 14+ years in business. Our main location is in Tampa, FL and we have a second location in Dallas, TX. We have a growing Sales Department and are looking for licensed P&C Agents (or soon-to-be) to sell non-standard auto insurance policies! We are providing personal lines insurance for the whole state of Florida, Texas & Tennessee. We are looking for agents who are motivated to make a bonus on top of their hourly rate who will continue to push themselves to grow and who want to expand with our company. We will provide the support that you need to achieve all your goals but your success is based on your work ethic and your willingness to grow.
A sales agent’s schedule is M-F 9AM – 6PM EST & two Saturdays per month 10 AM-2 PM EST, with a day off during the week. Our pay schedule is bi-weekly and Bonus’ are paid on a monthly basis. We perform employee reviews quarterly for your first year with the opportunity to receive a raise of up to $1 at each review.
